At Hobby Life Egypt, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure that every shopping experience with us meets your expectations. This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted, in accordance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.
1. Product Inspection at Delivery
You have the right to inspect your order upon delivery before making payment to the courier. If you decide not to accept the order, please return it immediately to the courier representative.
2. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 14 days from the purchase date.
- The returned item must be sent to the same company address from which it was originally shipped.
- All returned products must be in their original condition: unused, unopened, with intact packaging.
- Shipping or delivery costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued via InstaPay only.
- Refunds exclude any shipping or delivery charges incurred.
- The refund will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected at our company’s premises.

1. Return Period You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.
2. Conditions for Return To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
It must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unopened, and with all original seals, tags, and packaging intact.
You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
Paints, glues, thinners, and other chemical products that have been opened.
Items on sale or clearance.
Gift cards.
Custom or special-order items.
4. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please follow these steps:

Our team will provide you with instructions on how to send back your item.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
5. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [Number, e.g., 10-14]
business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Defective or Damaged Items If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a return and replacement at our expense. Please provide your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item to expedite the process.
7. Return Shipping Costs You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
8. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please follow the return process outlined above.
