  • Our business days are Saturday through Thursday, excluding official public holidays in Egypt.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

  • Shipping fees for your order will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. We offer different shipping rates based on your location within Egypt.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for all orders with a value over 750 EGP.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as a high volume of orders, holidays, or delays from the shipping company

3. Shipping Carriers

4. Inspection & Damaged Products Upon Delivery

  • Please inspect your products carefully upon delivery. We allow all customers to open the shipment for inspection in the presence of the courier before making the payment.

  • The shipment cannot be returned after the payment has been made and the courier has left.

  • Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address during the checkout process. Hobby Life Egypt is not responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by errors in the address provided by the customer.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for any additional fees for re-delivery.
